Rose Investment Group started on the side of a technology business and grew into something bigger. Michael Severino spent his days running a merchant-services company and a point-of-sale software platform — work that's all about understanding how real businesses actually make money.
Real estate was the natural next move. The same customer-service instincts, the same talent for communication, the same outside-the-box thinking — pointed at the biggest asset most people will ever touch.
Today it's a development and investment studio: buying land, building from the ground up, and lining up the capital, builders, and crews to make it real. This site exists to tell that story — and to meet the people who want to do the next deal together.
