Why this exists

It started with the numbers

Rose Investment Group wasn't built to sell houses. It came from something Michael couldn't shake — the people who build real businesses rarely build wealth that outlasts them. Years in tech and payments taught him how the right numbers, the right systems, and a little momentum compound into something big. Real estate had the same engine sitting idle.

So this isn't a listings shop. It's a way of approaching real estate like an operator: lead with the math, think in decades, and treat property as a foundation rather than a one-time transaction.
